2016 Whole30 Week One

Day One-
Breakfast- Scrambled eggs with sausage

Lunch- Chicken broccoli casserole, monkey salad with cinnamon, olives

Dinner- Grilled pork chops, roasted brussel sprouts, carrots, and sweet potatoes

Snacks- Clementine

Drinks- hot water with lemon upon waking (me)

Day Two-
Breakfast- scrambled eggs with olives (me), scrambled eggs with ham, peppers, olives, avocado (mom)

Lunch- Chicken salad with homemade mayo, fresh dill and thyme, salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder, apple, pecan, olives, on a bed of lettuce with avocado, sliced Seckel pear

Dinner- Chocolate chili over sweet potato

Snacks- Banana, clementine, pear, sunflower seeds

Drinks- Iced Citrus Tazo tea

Day Three-
Breakfast - Fried eggs, sweet potato hash with sauteed onion and an Aidell's sausage

Lunch - Salad with grilled chicken, chopped apple, avocado, cucumber, olives, sunflower seeds, hardboiled eggs, Tessemae's dressing

Dinner - Oven roasted chicken thighs with lemon slices, a noble attempt at carrot hashbrowns/latkes

Snacks - Apple, clementine, almond butter, mini egg salad

Drinks- Hot water with lemon upon waking (me), Iced Tazo tea, rose Tulsi tea (me) turmeric tea before bed (me)

Day Four-
Breakfast - Sweet potato, kale, sausage, coconut milk, egg casserole, clementine

Lunch- Lettuce wrap filling made with ground chicken, sauteed onions and mushrooms, water chestnuts, blanched almonds, grated ginger and turmeric, lemongrass, sesame oil, Dijon mustard, on a bed of baby kale and spinach leaves, sliced apple, olives

Dinner- Leftover chili over sweet potato, roasted broccoli
Snacks- Clementine, apple with almond butter (me), Larabar, mini egg salad
Drinks- Iced Tazo tea

Day Five-
Breakfast- leftover casserole, super duper monkey salad supremo with banana, apple, pear, coconut, cinnamon

Lunch- Chicken salad over baby kale and spinach, avocado

Dinner- Barbacoa beef, sweet potato fries with maple-tahini sauce

Snacks- Clementine

Drinks- Iced Tazo tea

Day Six-
Breakfast- casserole, monkey fruit salad

Lunch- Burger with veggies and lettuce, fries

Dinner- Leftover beef over fries with maple tahini sauce, leftover chicken broccoli casserole (me)
Snacks- Larabar, almonds

Drinks- Unsweet tea, La Croix peach pear

Day Seven-
Breakfast- sweet potato hash, Aidell's sausage, fried eggs

Lunch- Smoothie with avocado, frozen strawberries, frozen banana, kale, spinach, coconut milk, coconut water ice cubes, ginger, water

Dinner- Hamburger, roasted sweet and white potatoes, pickle

Drinks- Blueberry sparkling water
