2016 Whole30 Week Two

Day Eight-
Breakfast- Sweet potato hash, fried eggs, sausage
Lunch- Ham on lettuce, hardboiled egg, pickle, apple, coconut oil chips

Dinner- Spaghetti sauce over spaghetti squash, salad, fried plantain
Drinks- Sparkling water

Day Nine-
Breakfast- Scrambled eggs with hash, monkey fruit salad
Lunch- Leftover lettuce wraps with avocado and olives

Snack- Smoothie with frozen strawberries, frozen banana, kale, spinach, coconut milk, almond butter, ice, water
Dinner- Spaghetti sauce over sweet potato, steamed broccoli, sauteed onion and zucchini
Drinks- Sparkling water

Day Ten-
Breakfast- fried eggs, sausage, sweet potato hashbrowns
Lunch- Hamburger, fries (me)

Snack- Half of a grilled chicken breast, hardboiled egg, sliced cucumber, banana
Dinner- Sausage, potato, kale soup (added grated carrot, turmeric, and subbed coconut milk for regular milk)
Snacks- Mixed Nuts
Drinks- Sparkling water (this is the last day that I recorded drinking the La Croix, because I was drinking them regularly)

Day Eleven-
Breakfast- Coconut flour egg souffle, bacon, apple
Lunch- Leftover soup

Snack- Mini egg salad on lettuce, pickle, coconut oil chips, clementine
Dinner- Roast with potatoes and carrots, skillet apples
Snacks- Clementine

Day Twelve-
Breakfast- Scrambled eggs, bacon, apple, clementine
Lunch- Roast broiled until crisp over sweet potato

Dinner- Fajita meat and vegetables over lettuce with guacamole and salsa on top, Mexican cauliflower rice
Snacks- Clementine

Day Thirteen-
Breakfast- Ham & kale egg cups. Grapefruit, orange, lemon juice with sea salt on top
Lunch- Leftover roast and vegetables

Snack- Smoothie with banana, strawberries, greens
Dinner- Fajita leftovers
Snacks- Clementine

Day Fourteen-
Breakfast- Ham, kale, egg cups. Grapefruit, orange, lemon juice with sea salt
Lunch- Smoked pork on sweet potato

Snack- Fruit + kale smoothie
Dinner- Pork chops, salad with olives and sunflower seeds, creamed spinach (just pan-cooked spinach with garlic and homemade mayonnaise mixed in), homemade ketchup, homemade fermented purple kraut with apples, oranges, and ginger
